Are your technicians certified?
Our field technicians are either certified by the National Fireplace Institute or paired with a certified technician during their training period.
Do you service gas fireplaces only?
In addition to indoor gas fireplaces, we also service outdoor fire pits, fire tables, and custom fire features, fueled by both natural gas and propane.
Do you warranty your service work?
We offer a limited 60-day service warranty on any work performed by our service technician and a 1-year parts warranty on any manufactured parts supplied and installed by one of our qualified technicians.
Should I have my fireplace cleaned annually?
Fireplace manufactures recommend that annual maintenance, cleaning, and inspections be conducted on gas fireplaces to verify their safety and functionality for use. It is recommended to have your unit cleaned and serviced at the beginning of each season (August-October) before the rush of the holidays and cooler weather begin.
