The new fireplace has a much smaller footprint and is surrounded by Granite 
tiles which are much easier to clean than the old brick and stone.  

The old fireplace was rated at only 15% efficiency.  The new fireplace is 
rated at 40,000 BTU with 86% efficiency and can heat up to 2000 sq. ft..
